Little Charm.co is an Australian online jewellery store based in New South Wales, Australia.
We currently specialise in charms and charm bracelets, with additional jewellery categories, including necklaces, rings, earrings, and other pieces, potentially becoming available in the future.
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “Little Charm.co”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Little Charm.co.
“You” and “your” refer to customers and users of our website.

2. Eligibility to Purchase
We prefer customers placing orders through Little Charm.co to be 18 years of age or older.
If you are under 18, you should only place an order with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction or have the appropriate permission to do so.
3. Website Use
You may use the Little Charm.co website for lawful personal shopping purposes.
You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with website functionality, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, or use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
We reserve the right to restrict access to our website or customer accounts where reasonably necessary to protect our customers, website, or business.

Customers may have the option to create an account through our website.
You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure and for activity undertaken through your account.
Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in a way that may harm Little Charm.co or another customer.
5. Our Products
Little Charm.co sells a mixture of our own designs and officially licensed products.
Individual product listings will provide relevant information about the product, its design, characteristics, and compatibility where appropriate.
Licensed characters, artwork, names, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Unless expressly stated on a product listing, the inclusion of compatibility information relating to another jewellery brand does not mean that Little Charm.co is affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with that brand.
6. Charm Bracelet Compatibility
Many of our charms are designed to be compatible with most standard charm bracelets.
This may include standard charm bracelet systems such as those offered by brands including Pandora and Gnoce.
References to these brands are provided for compatibility purposes only unless a particular product is expressly identified as an officially licensed or authorised product.
Because bracelet designs, dimensions, stoppers, threads, clasps, and other components can vary, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every bracelet ever produced.
Customers should review product measurements and compatibility information before purchasing where this information is relevant.
7. Product Descriptions and Images
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours, specifications, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and photography.
Measurements may also contain small variations.
Some jewellery may have minor variations in appearance due to manufacturing processes, decorative finishes, enamel placement, stones, crystals, plating, or other design features.
These reasonable variations do not affect any rights you may have where a product fails to comply with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If we are unable to supply an ordered product, we may contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.
We do not guarantee that discontinued, sold out, or unavailable products will return to stock.
Little Charm.co does not currently accept preorders or backorders unless we specifically state otherwise in the future.
9. Prices
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency presented to you through our store or checkout.
Prices may change from time to time.
The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to obvious errors.
Applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
10. Pricing and Website Errors
We take reasonable care to ensure product information and prices are accurate.
However, errors may occasionally occur.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or contains a significant website, technical, or administrative error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where reasonably necessary, cancel the affected order.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Nothing in this section affects your rights under applicable consumer law.
11. Placing an Order
When you place an order with Little Charm.co, you are offering to purchase the products selected at checkout.
We may send an order confirmation after your purchase has been submitted.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
A product is unavailable,
a significant pricing or website error has occurred,
payment has not been successfully authorised,
we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity,
or we are unable to fulfil the order.
Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.
12. Payments
We accept the payment methods made available through our checkout, including PayPal where available.
Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, device, payment provider, or the options supported by our ecommerce platform.
Payments may be processed by Shopify or third party payment providers.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Third party payment providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, and security procedures.
13. Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel or change an order before the parcel has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or changed.
If an order has already been shipped and you no longer want it, our applicable return conditions will apply once the order has been delivered.
14. Shipping Destinations
Little Charm.co ships within Australia and internationally.
We currently offer standard shipping.
For orders being delivered to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, our estimated standard delivery timeframe is approximately 7 to 10 days.
For most other international destinations, standard delivery may take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
15. Shipping Delays
Shipping times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These can include courier delays, postal disruptions, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, peak shopping periods, international transportation delays, and other events.
Where an order experiences a significant delay, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
16. Free Shipping
Little Charm.co offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders containing five or more eligible items.
Any exclusions or additional conditions relating to a particular promotion will be disclosed where applicable.
We reserve the right to change our free shipping offer for future orders.
Any changes will not retrospectively affect an order that has already qualified and been accepted under the previous offer.
17. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for carefully checking the shipping address entered during checkout.
If you notice an error before your order has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to update the address.
If tracking or shipping information shows that a parcel has been sent to a location materially different from the delivery address correctly entered by the customer at checkout, please contact us.
Where we determine that the parcel was sent to an incorrect location through the fulfilment or delivery process, we will arrange for a replacement shipment where appropriate.
18. Parcels Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us.
We may ask you to check the delivery location, household members, neighbours, safe drop areas, local delivery depot, or other relevant locations and may investigate the delivery with the carrier.
Where appropriate, Little Charm.co will arrange a replacement for an order that has been recorded as delivered but has not been received by the customer.
If a replacement is provided and accepted for a missing delivery, any separate voluntary Little Charm.co money back guarantee relating specifically to that missing parcel will no longer apply to the original delivery issue.
This does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection law.
19. Customs, Duties, and International Charges
International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, any charges imposed by customs authorities or government agencies in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Little Charm.co does not control international customs processing times or charges.
20. 30 Day Change of Mind Returns
Little Charm.co offers customers a 30 day change of mind return period.
The 30 day period begins on the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a change of mind return:
The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery,
the jewellery must be unworn and unused,
the product must remain in its original packaging,
and the product must not be excluded from change of mind returns under these Terms.
Approved change of mind returns are eligible for a refund.
We do not currently provide exchanges or store credit as part of our standard change of mind returns policy.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning a change of mind purchase to Little Charm.co.
We recommend using an appropriately tracked return service, as the customer remains responsible for the return parcel until it is received by us.
This change of mind policy is provided voluntarily by Little Charm.co and operates separately from your legal rights relating to faulty or non compliant products.
21. Discontinued Items
Products identified as discontinued are not eligible for a change of mind return.
This exclusion applies only to change of mind returns.
A discontinued product remains covered by any consumer rights that apply if the product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described, or otherwise fails to satisfy an applicable consumer guarantee.
22. Earrings and Hygiene
If Little Charm.co sells earrings or other pierced jewellery in the future, these products may be excluded from change of mind returns once opened or used for hygiene reasons.
This hygiene exclusion does not remove any rights you may have if the product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
23. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are separate from, and may continue beyond, any voluntary warranty provided by Little Charm.co.
24. Little Charm.co Three Month Warranty
Little Charm.co intends to provide a voluntary three month warranty on jewellery purchased from our store, beginning from the date the order is delivered.
This warranty is intended to provide additional rights and does not replace or limit any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
IMPORTANT BEFORE PUBLICATION:
Because this is a written warranty against defects, additional prescribed information is required under Australian law.
Before publishing this three month warranty, Little Charm.co should insert the required business name, warranty service address, customer contact telephone number, email address, claim procedure, and details of the remedy provided under the warranty.
The warranty should therefore not be advertised or published in this form until those required details have been added.

The three month warranty is additional to Australian Consumer Law rights. Expiry of the three month voluntary warranty does not necessarily mean that a customer no longer has rights under Australian Consumer Law.
25. Jewellery Care
Customers should care for their jewellery in accordance with the care information provided by Little Charm.co.
Our jewellery care guidance will be available through the FAQ section of our website.
We recommend reviewing this information to help maintain the appearance and condition of your jewellery.
Jewellery should be used and cared for reasonably and according to any relevant instructions provided with the product or on our website.
26. Promotions and Discount Codes
Little Charm.co may occasionally offer sales, promotional offers, discount codes, special offers, competitions, or giveaways.
Individual promotions may be subject to additional terms and eligibility requirements.
Unless otherwise specified:
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash,
discounts cannot generally be applied retrospectively to completed purchases,
promotional offers are available for the stated promotional period,
and promotional conditions may vary between offers.
Where separate promotion or giveaway terms are provided, those specific terms will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to correct genuine promotional errors and to withdraw or modify future promotions where reasonably necessary.
27. Giveaways and Competitions
Little Charm.co may conduct giveaways or competitions from time to time.
Each giveaway may have its own entry requirements, closing date, eligibility requirements, prize conditions, and winner selection process.
Where separate giveaway terms are published, those terms will apply to the relevant giveaway.
Entrants are responsible for complying with the conditions displayed for that promotion.

Reviews should reflect the customer's genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, or inappropriate material.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews where reasonably necessary, including where content is unrelated to the product, contains prohibited material, or appears fraudulent.
Little Charm.co will not use customer reviews or customer submitted review photographs in external social media marketing without separate permission.
Nothing in this section permits us to manipulate reviews in a misleading way.

Marketing communications may include information about new charms, collections, products, promotions, giveaways, discounts, store announcements, and other Little Charm.co news.
We may also send permitted marketing communications connected with activity on our website, including abandoned cart or checkout reminders, where we have the necessary consent or other lawful basis to send those communications.
Marketing communications will contain an appropriate method for unsubscribing where required.
Customers can unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in the relevant message.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely error free, or continuously available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Charm.co will not be responsible for loss arising solely from events outside our reasonable control.

Where the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law provides a customer with rights or remedies, those rights continue to apply regardless of anything inconsistent in these Terms and Conditions.
35. International Customers
Little Charm.co sells products to customers in Australia and internationally.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, together with applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.
International customers may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the country or region where they live.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude a mandatory consumer right that legally applies and cannot be excluded by agreement.
